Local Development Plan (LDP)

On 20th December 2024, a cross party group of Wrexham County Borough Councillors won a case in the High Court which ruled that Councillors in voting for a LDP, would be able to have a say in upholding their communities. Therefore, the Wrexham LDP 2013 – 2028 is currently unadopted. A recent article in Wrexham.com –https://wrexham.com/news/welsh-government-say-wrexham-council-should-proceed-and-adopt-ldp-despite-expected-high-court-quashing-270269.html
