No matter how small or large, your legacy will help us preserve the unique beauty of rural Wales for the next generation – and beyond. With your help, we can continue fighting for the Wales you know and love, even when you’re no longer here.

Making such a special gift requires consideration, but remembering CPRW in your Will can be done very simply. Please download a codicil form which can be added to your existing will with the help of your legal advisor.

How to leave a Legacy

If you would like to leave a gift in your Will, we advise you that you speak to a solicitor to ensure that your wishes will be carried out as you intend.

You will require the following details when having a conversation with you solicitor:

An example of wording you could use:

I leave my / X share (s) of my residuary estate for CPRW The Welsh Countryside Charity, Tŷ Gwyn, 31 High Street, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 7YD, registered charity number: 239899 (England and Wales), absolutely for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer for the time being shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.
